Article 1. Bring in article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 19, 2009 "About the higher and postgraduate professional education" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 5, Art. 338; 2014, No. 7, h 2, Art. 423) following change and amendment:

- state part 9 in the following edition:

"9. In case of successful delivery of centralized admission examinations (receipt of lowest passing scores on the corresponding subject matters) in educational institutions of higher education according to the procedure, established by authorized state body in the field of education, privileges to the following entrants are provided:

- to orphans;

- without parental support;

- to handicapped children (according to the conclusion of the state authorized body);

- to disabled people of I and II groups to whom according to the conclusion of the state authorized body training in the relevant educational institutions is not forbidden;

- to the citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan passing military service in armed forces of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- to other citizens to whom according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan privileges are provided.";

- add with part 10 of the following content:

"10. If the institution of higher professional education is not a part of the system centralized admission examinations, acceptance of the entrants specified to century of part 9 of this Article is performed according to the general Regulations of Admission of students established by authorized state body in the field of education.";

- speak rapidly 10,11,12,13 and 14 respectively to consider parts of 11,12,13,14 and 15.
