Add article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 16, 1997 "About privatization of state-owned property" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1997, No. 10, Art. 160; 2002, No. 4, h 1, Art. 167; 2003, No. 12, Art. 699; 2009, No. 3, Art. 90) part four of the following content:
"Objects, stipulated in Article 8 and part two of this Article, transferred according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About public-private partnership" to public-private partnership, cannot be privatized during operation of the agreement on public-private partnership.".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
