Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 17, 2004 "About licensing of separate types of activity" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2004, No. 5, Art. 348; 2005, No. 3, Art. 120; 2006, No. 7, Art. 343; 2007, No. 6; Art. 433; 2008, No. 1, h 2, Art. 14, No. 6, Art. 457, No. 10, Art. 816; 2009, No. 3, Art. 78, No. 5, Art. 326, No. 9-10, Art. 544; 2010, No. 12, h 1, Art. 821; 2012, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1005; 2013, No. 3, Art. 193, No. 11, Art. 787; 2014, No. 7, h 2, Art. 406, Art. 407, No. 11, Art. 666; 2015, No. 3, the Art. 206, the Art. 213, No. 11, the Art. 967, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 14, 2016, No. 1318) the following changes and amendment:

1. To write the name of the Law with capital letters.

2. In part 5 of Article 7 of the word "physical" shall be replaced with words "individual entrepreneurs".

3. Thirty third Article 17 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-activities for export control of products of dual purpose;".

4. Article 18 (to add 1) with part 3 following of content:

"3. The licenses obtained in other states shall be legalized or apostilled according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan if the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan do not provide other.".
