About modification and amendments in some legal acts

Art. I. – In the Law on public associations No. 837-XIII of May 17, 1996 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 153-156 BIS), with subsequent changes to make the following changes and additions:

1. Part ("Non-profit organizations" to add 4-1) articles 2 after words with the words "with the status".

"j) publishes on the official web page of the Ministry of Justice the updated list of non-profit organizations with the status of public advantage.".

5. Part (3) Article 32-2 to recognize invalid.

6. The part Item e-1) (Article 32-5 to declare 2) invalid.

7. State Article 33-3 in the following edition:

"Article 33-3. Percentage assignment and use of the financial resources received according to the procedure of that

(1) have the right to Use the mechanism of percentage assignment the public associations, private funds and organizations corresponding in general to the following conditions:

a) perform socially useful activities according to Article 30;

b) function at least one year before giving of request about registration in the list of receivers of percentage assignment;

c) have no debt to the national public budget for the previous tax periods.

(2) the Application for participation in the mechanism of percentage assignment is submitted to the Ministry of Justice in the procedure established by the Government.
