In the presence of the inflicted sanctions the Republic of Kazakhstan, the international organizations and the certain states concerning which the Republic of Kazakhstan assumed obligations on their observance in this sphere action of these rules does not extend and the warranty obligation (end-user certificate) is not issued.";
