In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About road transport" of July 4, 2008 No. 792 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2008, No. 7, Article 610; 2009, No. 10, Article 779; 2016, No. 4, Article 661) to make the following changes:
