About entering of amendments into the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the consular fees and charges for actual expenses" of December 18, 2012 No. 839

For the purpose of improvement of image of the Kyrgyz Republic on the international sports scene, increases in tourist attractiveness of the Kyrgyz Republic and creating favorable conditions to members of sports delegations and persons accompanying them, officials of the international sports organizations for participation in the large-scale international sports and mass actions which are taking place in the Kyrgyz Republic, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the consular fees and charges for actual expenses" of December 18, 2012 No. 839 the following amendments:

in the Regulations on the consular fees and charges for actual expenses approved by the above-stated resolution:

add with Item 10-1 of the following content:

"10-1. In some cases based on the decision of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic physical persons for certain term can be exempted from payment of charges for actual expenses.";

- add Item 24 with subitem 11-1 of the following content:

"11-1) in case of execution of visas to members of sports delegations and persons accompanying them, officials of the international sports organizations going to the Kyrgyz Republic for participation in large-scale international sports and mass actions for the term of holding these actions based on the decision of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;".
