1. Bring in the Instruction about order of registration of the external state loans and external loans attracted under guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, and accounting of the external public debt and external debt guaranteed by the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of November 21, 2006 No. 142 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 204, 8/15435; 2012, No. 27, 8/24823), following changes:
in paragraph four of part one and part four of Item 2 of the word of "release and placement" to replace with the word "issues";
in Item 6:
in paragraph one to replace the word of "release" with the word "issues";
word in paragraph three of "release implementation" to replace with the word "placements".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
