About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of ensuring stable, reliable functioning of energy industry of the Kyrgyz Republic and transparency of distribution of cash flows, according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About power", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure of payments in the wholesale market of electrical and heat energy" of May 25, 2002 No. 335 the following changes and amendment:

- in the name and in the text of the word "and thermal" to exclude;

- in Item 1 of the word "The settlement and savings company" shall be replaced with words "RSK-Bank open joint stock company;

- in Item 2 of the word of "The settlement and savings company" shall be replaced with words "to RSK-Bank open joint stock company;

- recognize Items 3 and 5 invalid;

- state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. Approve:

- Regulations on procedure of payments for electrical energy participants of the wholesale market according to appendix 1;

- Procedure of payments and equity distribution of the money arriving in authorized bank from internal consumers of electrical energy between the companies performing development, transfer and distribution of electrical energy according to appendix 2.";

- in Regulations on the procedure of payments for electrical and heat energy participants of the wholesale market approved by the above-stated resolution:

in the name and in the text of the word "and thermal" in different cases to exclude;

words and figures "It is approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 25, 2002 No. 335" to replace with the word and figure "Appendix 1";
