Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the standards of disclosure of information the heatsupplying organizations, the heatnetwork organizations and regulating authorities approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 5, 2013 No. 570 "About standards of disclosure of information by the heatsupplying organizations, the heatnetwork organizations and regulating authorities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 28, the Art. 3835).

2. To Federal Antimonopoly Service in 6-month time to approve single disclosure forms of information.

Changes which are made to standards of disclosure of information by the heatsupplying organizations, the heatnetwork organizations and regulating authorities

1. To state the subitem "g" of Item 3 in the following edition:

"d) provisions by the written request of interested persons on condition of compensation of the expenses connected with provision of information by them. At the same time the amount of compensation of the specified expenses cannot exceed 1000 rubles.".

2. State Item 8 in the following edition:

"8. The regulated organizations in writing report at the request of consumers of goods and services of the regulated organizations (further - consumers) the address of the official site in Internet network on which information is placed.".

3. Add with Item 12 (1) the following content:
