S. about modification of the structure of Scientific and advisory council under the Supreme specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases approved by the resolution of plenum of the Supreme specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases of September 30, 2011 No. 6, and according to Item "About judicial system and the status of judges" the plenum of the Supreme specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases decides 7 parts two of article 36 of the Law of Ukraine:
