S. about modification of the structure of Scientific and advisory council of the Supreme specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases approved by the resolution of plenum of the Supreme specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases of September 30, 2011 No. 6, and according to Item "About judicial system and the status of judges" the plenum of the Supreme specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases DECIDES: 7 parts two of article 36 of the Law of Ukraine

- Bevzenko Vladimir Mikhaylovich is doctors of jurisprudence, professor of department of the administrative right of the Kiev national university of Taras Shevchenko - and to enter into sections of criminal and administrative trial;

- Pogoretsky Nikolay Anatolyevich is the doctor of jurisprudence, professor, the manager of department of justice of the Kiev national university of Taras Shevchenko - and to enter into sections of criminal and administrative trial;

- Komzyuk Anatoly Trofimovich is doctors of jurisprudence, professor of department of the administrative, financial and information right of the Kharkiv national university of internal affairs - and to enter into sections of criminal and administrative trial;
