About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of youth and sport of Ukraine

Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of youth and sport of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 220 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 54, Art. 1447; 2016, No. 6, the Art. 306), changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 18, 2016 No. 152
1. Add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"Minmolodsport is subject of counteraction to corruption offenses which influence results of official sports competitions.".
2. Add item 4 with subitems 48-7 - 48-14 following contents:
"48-7-) considers in case of development and approval of regulations on the organization and holding official sports competitions conflict of interest of athletes, other persons performing activities in the field of sport as premises of influence of corruption offenses on results of competitions, prevents organizational and normative premises of such influence and eliminates them, establishes responsibility and sanctions for corruption offenses;
48-8-) accepts in case of identification of the fact of influence of corruption offense on result of official sports competition or receipt of information on such corruption offense from the athlete, person authorized on holding official sports competition, or face of support sports personnel measure to the termination of offense and instantly informs on its making the corresponding officials in the field of sport, and in necessary cases - law enforcement agencies;
