About approval of changes and amendments in appendix to the Order No. 104 of June 8, 2015.

On the basis lit.d) the item (2) Art. 2 and the item (1), (1-2) Art. 3 of the Law on metrology No. 647-XIII of November 17, 1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of April 15 2008), with subsequent changes and amendments, for ensuring unity, legality and accuracy of measurements in areas of public interest in the territory of the Republic of Moldova I ORDER:

1. Approve changes and additions made to appendix to the Order of the Ministry of Economics No. 104 of 8.06.2015. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, No. 190-196, the Art. 1322), "Legislative technique of accomplishment of measurement of ML 5-02 2015 "Measurement of concentration of alcohol in the exhaled air the tested persons by means of the ALCOTEST 6810 analyzer", according to appendix.

2. In item 4 of the Order No. 104 of June 8, 2015 of the word "Valeriu Triboy" shall be replaced with words "Vitaliye Yurka".

3. Assign to management of development of infrastructure of quality publication of this Order on the website of the Ministry of Economics, and also in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

4. Oblige National institute of metrology to publish this Order with the corresponding appendix on the website and in the Metrologiya magazine.

5. To impose control of execution of this Order on Mr. Vitaly Yurka, the deputy minister.
