About entering of amendments into appendix to the Order of the Ministry of Economics No. 119 of February 2, 2013.

Based on Item d) parts (2) Article 2 and parts (1) and (1-2) article 3 of the Law on metrology No. 647-XIII of November 17, 1995. (Special release of April 15 2008), with the subsequent amendments and changes, for ensuring unity is repeatedly published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, to legality and the accuracy of measurements in areas of public interest in the territory of the Republic of Moldova I ORDER:

1. Approve, according to appendix, addition which is made to the regulation on legislative metrology of NML RSAV.402100.003:2013 "the hardware and software of measurement of speed of movement of vehicles according to the video footage "Avtouragan"-AF" approved by the Order No. 119 of July 2, 2013 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, No. 152-158, by the Art. 1091).

2. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and place on the web page of the Ministry of Economics.

3. Impute obligations of National institute of metrology:

- placement on the web page of this order and to publish it in the Metrologiya magazine;

- entering of corresponding changes and amendments into the regulating document mentioned in this order.
