About change of Nominal structure of Council of the state internal financial control
For implementation of provisions of the Art. 29, litas. b), and also the Art. 30, the item (3), the Law No. 229 of September 23, 2010 on the state internal financial control (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 231-234, 730) I ORDER to the Art.:
1. Approve changes in appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 114 of October 12, 2012 about approval of Regulations of activities of Council of the state internal financial control (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 237-241, the Art. 1379):
– "Botnar Simion" to replace syntagma with syntagma "Chichibab Yury";
– syntagma "to Sekriyer Alexey is the director of financial inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance, the vice-chairman of Council" to replace with syntagma "Valeriu's BABERE is deputy director of financial inspection under the Ministry of Finance, the vice-chairman of Council".
2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
