About modification and amendments in the Regulations on procedure for appointment and allowance payment to families with children approved by the Order of the Government No. 1478 of November 15, 2002.

The government DECIDES:

In the Regulations on procedure for appointment and allowance payment to families with children approved by the Order of the Government No. 1478 of November 15, 2002. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 154-157, 1612), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the Provision:

a) state Item 71 in the following edition:

"71. In case the child was born in the territory of other state, the applicant of benefits to families with children (except for persons employed in the Republic of Moldova) represents to territorial cash desk, under the personal liability, the declaration on provision/failure to provide benefits to families with children from the relevant state.

In case of provision of benefits the applicant specifies to families with children in the territory of other state in the declaration the period of purpose of these benefits.

In case of provision of benefits to families with children in the territory of other state lump-sum allowance in case of the birth of the child and monthly allowance on education/child care (for the corresponding period) are not appointed.";

b) in the subitem h) Item 9 of the word "certificate of provision/failure to provide benefits for the territories of other state" shall be replaced with words "the declaration under the personal liability which confirms provision/failure to provide benefits to families with children in the territory of other state.";

To replace 2) in the first column of appendix No. 1 of figure "2014" with figures "2014-2016";

3) in appendix No. 2:

a) in the first column of figure "2014" to replace with syntagma "2014 - September, 2015";

b) add at the end with line item of the following content:
