For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 2.2 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About modification of the Regulations on the Interdepartmental automated "Entrance Departure and Registration" information retrieval system approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 22, 2008 No. 744" of May 21, 2016 No. 918, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval "Rules of the organization of operation of the Interdepartmental automated "Entrance Departure and Registration" information retrieval system and "The access level to use of information resources of state bodies within the Interdepartmental automated "Entrance Departure and Registration" information retrieval system of January 12, 2012 No. 5 (collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic 2012, No. 1, Article 29; 2013, No. 8, Articles 999, 1033; 2014, No. 5, Article 561, No. 6, Article 747) to make the following changes:

1. In the appendix No. 1 approved by this resolution - "Rules of the organization of operation of the Interdepartmental automated Entrance departure information retrieval system:

1.1. add with Item 4.2-1 of the following content:
