For the purpose of reduction of the decision of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "Patent Law", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on duties on patenting of inventions, useful models, industrial designs, registration of trademarks, service marks, names of places of goods origin, right to use provision by names of places of goods origin" of June 12, 1998 No. 346 the following changes and amendment:

in Regulations on duties on patenting of inventions, useful models, industrial designs, registration of trademarks, service marks, names of places of goods origin, right to use provision by names of the places of goods origin approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in the text in state language to declare Item 30-1 invalid;

Provisions of Item 1 of this resolution extend to the relations connected with maintenance in force of the patent for the invention of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Eurasian patent and also to the relations connected with maintenance in force of the patent for the invention of the Kyrgyz Republic granted under responsibility of the applicant, which arose since October 5, 2015.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
