in Regulations on procedure for destruction (conversion) for products (goods), acknowledged unsuitable to realization, approved by the above-stated resolution:

- state Item 26 in the following edition:

"26. If the manufacturer (seller) does not agree with the decision on recognition of its products unsuitable to the use without conversion, he has the right in pre-judicial procedure to appeal it according to the legislation in the field of administrative activities and ministerial procedures.".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bases of administrative activities and ministerial procedures".
