About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of effective realization of tasks on upgrade of system of treasury and information resources of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also development and deployment of the automated information systems in state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 20, 2012 No. 114 the following change:
to state paragraph two of Item 27 of the Regulations on public institution "Info-Sistema" under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution in the following edition:
"-the means arriving for performance of works and rendering services;".
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About creation of public institution "Info-Sistema" under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 7, 2009 No. 219 the following change:

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
