About entering of amendment into the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 20, 2012 No. 114

For the purpose of creation of conditions for training and advanced training of workers of system of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, streamlining of activities of Training center of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 20, 2012 No. 114 the following amendment:

- in Regulations on the Training center of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Item 10 with the paragraph the fifth the following content:

"Training and advanced training of workers of system of the Ministry is performed by Training center on a grant basis".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
