About entering of amendment into the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules of purchase by subjects of natural monopolies of goods (works, services)" of April 5, 2013 No. 175

For the purpose of creation of the favorable investment circle, according to article 8 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About natural monopolies in the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules of purchase by subjects of natural monopolies of goods (works, services)" of April 5, 2013 No. 175 the following amendment:

- The rules of purchase by subjects of natural monopolies of goods (works, services) approved by the above-stated resolution to add with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. These rules are not applied to the relations connected with purchase of goods (works, services) by subjects of natural monopolies which activities are performed in pursuance of the international treaties which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic.".

2. To the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- together with the State agency on regulation of fuel and energy complex under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State agency of anti-monopoly regulation under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and other interested organizations to carry out the analysis of Rules of purchase by subjects of natural monopolies of goods (works, services) approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of April 5, 2013 No. 175, regarding compliance to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic to two-month time;

- following the results of the carried-out analysis to develop and submit the project of the corresponding regulatory legal act for consideration of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
