About carrying out the executive authority of subjects of the Russian Federation of competitive selection of regional operators by authorized bodies according to the address with solid utility waste

According to Article 5 and item 4 of article 24.6 of the Federal law "About Production Wastes and Consumption" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of carrying out the executive authority of subjects of the Russian Federation of competitive selection of regional operators by authorized bodies according to the address with solid utility waste.

2. Add the subitem "an" of Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 10, 2012 with No. 909 "About determination of the official site of the Russian Federation on the Internet for placement of information on tendering and introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 38, Art. 5121; 2015, No. 7, Art. 1045; No. 41, Art. 5654; No. 49, Art. 6979) paragraph of the following content:

"about carrying out competitive selection of regional operators according to the address with solid utility waste;".
