In Item 8 of the Regulations on conducting check of reliability of determination of estimated cost of capital construction projects which construction is financed with attraction of financial resources of the federal budget approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 18, 2009 No. 427 "About procedure for conducting check of reliability of determination of estimated cost of capital construction projects which construction is financed with attraction of financial resources of the federal budget" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 21, Art. 2576; 2012, No. 29, Art. 4124; 2013, No. 39, Art. 4992; 2014, No. 14, Art. 1627; No. 40, Art. 5434; 2015, No. 39, Art. 5404):
a) the paragraph one of the subitem "b" to add with the offer of the following content: "The project documentation on capital construction projects of Russian Highways State-owned company is coordinated with the head of Russian Highways State-owned company.";
b) in the subitem "i" of the word of "capacity of capital construction project" shall be replaced with words "capacities of capital construction project, or in case of preparation of the project documentation concerning separate stage of asset construction of capital construction of Russian Highways State-owned company - the specified decision (act) of the head of Russian Highways State-owned company.
