About approval of the budget of the National agency on regulation in power for 2016

The parliament accepts this resolution.

Art. 1. – Approve the budget of the National agency on regulation in power for 2016 according to the income in the amount 30411, thousands of lei and on expenses in 38620,2 amount thousand lei, with the deficit in 8208,8 amount thousand lei covered by balance of 2015.

Art. 2. – Approve the fees on regulation established and levied by National regulation agency in power in 2016 in the amount of percent 0,09 according to appendix.

Art. 3. – The national regulation agency in power has the right to make in the course of budget implementation changes to expense structure within the budget approved by this resolution, except for expenses on compensation.

Art. 4. – The salary of each of five directors of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power cannot exceed four average monthly salaries of employees of the agency.

Art. 5. – To impose control of execution of provisions of this resolution on the Commission of Parliament on economy, the budget and finance.

St.6. – This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2016.
