About approval of National strategy of investment attraction and promotion of export for 2016-2020 and the Action plan on its implementation

For the purpose of creation of the favorable investment circle for investment attraction in economy of Moldova and ensuring promotion of export of domestic goods and the services Government DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The national strategy of investment attraction and promotion of export for 2016-2020 according to appendix No. 1;

The action plan on implementation of National strategy of investment attraction and promotion of export for 2016-2020 according to appendix No. 2.

2. To the ministries and other central administrative authorities:

take necessary measures for implementation of the specified Action plan;

provide inclusion of the financial resources necessary for implementation of the actions provided in the specified Action plan in planning process of the annual and medium-term budget;

represent to the Ministry of Economics annually till January 31 the departmental report on implementation of the Action plan and the offer on its amendment and updating, if necessary.

3. To the Ministry of Economics to submit to the Government annually till March 31 the Report on monitoring concerning implementation of the Action plan approved by Council for competitiveness with offers on its amendment and updating, if necessary.

4. To national institute of economic researches to develop Methodology of assessment of impact of Strategy on development of national economy with the subsequent approval by council.

5. To national institute of economic researches to prepare, on the basis of Methodology of assessment of impact of Strategy on development of national economy, reports on assessment of impacts of Strategy on development of national economy and to represent them to the Ministry of Economics.

6. To the Ministry of Economics to submit to the Government two valuation reports (in 2018 and in 2021) developed based on the corresponding indicators and statistical data according to the planned tasks.
