About modification and amendments in Sanitary regulations of initial and subsequent formulas of food (feeding up) of babies and children of younger age

Based on article 6 of the Law No. 10-XVI 3 of February, 2009 about the state supervision of public health (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 67, the Art. 183), with subsequent changes and amendments, article 9 of the Law No. 78-XV of March 18, 2004 on foodstuff (2004, Art. No. 83-87, 431), with subsequent changes and amendments, and for the purpose of ensuring high level of public health care the Government decides the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova:

In the Sanitary regulations of initial and subsequent formulas of food (feeding up) of babies and children of younger age approved by the Order of the Government No. 338 of May 11, 2011. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011 No. 82, of the Art. 390), to make the following changes and additions:

Preamble to state 1) in the following edition:

"The sanitary regulations of initial and subsequent formulas of food (feeding up) of babies and children of younger age (further – Regulations) shift the Directive 2006/141/EC of the Commission of December 22, 2006 about mixes for baby food of the first and second steps making changes to the Directive 1999/21/SE published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 401 of December 30, 2006, Regulations (EU) 1243/2008 Commissions of December 12, 2008 published in the Official magazine of the European Communities (JOCE) L 335 of December 13, 2008 and the Directive 2013/46/EU published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 230/16 of August 29, 2013";
