About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

1. Bring in Regulations on application of corrective actions by the National Bank of Ukraine for the violation by objects of supervision (oversight) of the legislation of Ukraine concerning activities of payment systems in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 19, 2013 No. 524, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 15, 2014 at No. 62/24839, the following changes:

The paragraph of the eighth of Item 3 of the Section I to exclude 1);

2) in the Section III:

in Item 3:

the words "The Commission of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning Supervision and Regulation of Activities of Banks (Further — the Commission of National Bank)" shall be replaced with words "Committee on questions of supervision and regulation of activities of banks, supervision (oversight) of payment systems (further - Committee on questions of supervision)";

exclude the words "or authorized officer of National Bank";
