About modification of the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 12, 2013 No. 42

According to Articles 7, of 15, 40 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 47 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", article 24 of the Law of Ukraine "About payment systems and money transfer in Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure implementation by commercial agents of banks of transactions on acceptance of cash for subsequent its transfer of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Add the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 12, 2013 with No. 42 "About settlement on acceptance of cash for subsequent its transfer", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 6, 2013 at No. 372/22904 (with changes), after Item 1 new Item 2 following of content:

"2. Commercial agents of banks shall specify in the cash document (the receipt/check, etc.), is issued to the payer by results of implementation of transaction on acceptance of cash for its further transfer, information on the name of the commercial agent and bank on behalf of which this commercial agent provides services".

With respect thereto Items 2 - 9 to consider respectively Items 3 - 10.

2. 376 (Shatsky S. S.) to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine for use in work, and to banks - to data of commercial agents.
