in connection with the termination by the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur of the activities, operation (use) of subjects to protection, subjects to use of atomic energy, hazardous production facilities, hydraulic engineering constructions and other production facilities which are subject to check;

in connection with change of class of danger of the hazardous production facility which is subject to check or class of the hydraulic engineering construction;

in connection with change of category of the objects making negative impact on the environment and also the level of the state ecological supervision;
