About modification and amendments in some orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. In appendix No. 4 to the Order of the Government No. 201 of March 11, 2009. "About enforcement of provisions of the Law No. 158-XVI of July 4, 2008 on the state position and the status of the government employee" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 55-56, 249), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

in all text of appendix of the word "economic societies" shall be replaced with words "commercial societies and the state/municipal companies" in the corresponding case;

add with Item 8-1 of the following content:

"8-1. The same government employee at the same time can be the member of at most 5 governing bodies of joint-stock companies and state/municipal companies (administrative board, council of society) and can be appointed as the representative государства/административно-территориальной units only in one commercial society.".

2. In the Order of the Government No. 110 from of February 23, 2011. "About some aspects of distribution of annual net profit of joint-stock companies with equity of the state and the state companies" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 34-36, 137), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
