Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2003 No. 382 "About putting down of mark about prohibition of entry into the Russian Federation of some categories of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, No. 27, Art. 2805; 2008, No. 14, Art. 1412):

a) in Item 1:

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"1. Determine that according to part two of article 27 of the Federal law "About Procedure for Departure from the Russian Federation and Entry into the Russian Federation" bodies of border control and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation (its territorial authority) put down in identity documents of foreign citizens and stateless persons (further - foreign citizens), the mark testimonial of prohibition of entry into the Russian Federation by it on the bases provided by subitems 2, 2.1, 2.2, 3 and 7 of part one of article 27 of the specified Federal Law in case of availability of the decision made in accordance with the established procedure:";

state the subitem "v" in the following edition:

"c) the official of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation (its territorial authority), - about undesirability of stay (residence) in the Russian Federation the foreign citizen or about deportation of the foreign citizen.";

b) in paragraph one of Item 3 of the word Federal Migration Service shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation".
