1.1. This instruction is developed based on the order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of 13.05.94 N 287 and regulates payment procedure of share dividends and percent on bonds of joint-stock companies of the Republic of Moldova.
1.2. Shares and bonds - the securities providing payment of the income, respectively in the form of dividends or percent.

1.3. The shareholder it is impossible to oblige to leave share dividends and percent on bonds at the disposal of society at least for a while.
1.4. On uncollected share dividends of joint-stock companies also as well as on uncollected percent on bonds, percent are not charged.
2.1. Frequency of dividend payout makes a reservation in case of share issue of joint-stock company.
2.2. Dividends can be paid in the form of advance payment if it is provided by the charter. The size of dividends in this case shall not exceed 50% of the size of the dividend paid for last year, and no more than 50%, planned to payment in the current year.
2.3. The shareholders who acquired them not later than 30 days to officially announced its payments have the right to receipt of the dividend.
2.4. Based on the charter of society or according to the decision of general meeting the dividend can be paid in cash, in the form of shares, bonds, goods and services.
2.5. The size of the final dividend falling on one common share taking into account the paid advance payment, appears general shareholder meeting by results of year according to the offer of board of joint-stock company.
