About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 399 of June 12, 2012

"1. Found the National award for the purpose of recognition and encouragement of activities in the field of researches, development of science and technologies, and also achievements in the field of art and sport. The national award consists of the diploma, medal and the monetary reward in the amount of 100 thousand lei. Annually the Government awards 10 national awards.

2. The national award is awarded in areas:

a) sciences – for the research and development which made contribution to development of science for publications, new products, processes and services with high social and economic potential, and also for promotion of image of national science at the international level;

b) technologies – for designing, development and implementation of the new technologies and innovations intended for the solution of the social problems having positive potential or real social and economic impulse;

c) cultures and arts – for the creative works and art innovations which made the significant contribution to national and international cultural property, gained public recognition and promoting promotion of national culture at the international level;

d) sport – for sporting achievements at the international level, development of new technologies for development of sporting achievements, creation of the advanced sports schools, and also promotion of sport at national and international level.";

"5. The staff of the Commission on award of the National award is updated annually. During creation of the Commission on award of national award the representation of all areas in which the award, and also relevant organizations is awarded (bodies of the central public management, the academic circle for specialties, civil society) is observed.";
