For the purpose of reduction of rates for the electrical energy made by GP "NHE Costesti" in compliance with the real costs connected with effective operation of production power stations and for provision to the company of opportunity to compensate the financial resources made in development and reconstruction of production capacities the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:
1. In the Resolution of the NARE Administrative board No. 429 of October 21, 2011 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 182-186/1689 from 28.10.2011) to make the following changes:
in appendix No. 1 to the resolution, in line item of GP "NHE Costesti" to replace number of "20,64" with number of "23,2".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
