About modification and amendments in Regulations on lease of forest fund for maintaining hunting economy and/or the recreational purposes

In the Regulations on lease of forest fund for maintaining hunting economy and/or the recreational purposes approved by the Order of the Government No. 187 of February 20, 2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 42-44, 254), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the name and in the text of the resolution, and also in all text of provision of the word "about lease of forest fund" shall be replaced with words "about provision in use of lands of forest fund";

2) Provision:

in Item 1 of the word "procedure and lease term of the woods" shall be replaced with words "the relations with lessees by provision in use of lands of forest fund in lease term";

in Item 3 in the concept "lease of the timberland" to replace the word "use" with the word "managing";

Items 4, 6 - 9 to recognize invalid;

state Item 11 in the following edition:

"11. The sublease of the timberland, their redemption and transfer of right of possession, the owner of this right, irrespective of their form of business, is forbidden to other physical persons or legal entities.";

in Item 13 of figure "4025" to replace with figures of "19092,37";

Items 15 - 20, 35-36, 39-40 to recognize invalid;

in the subitem c) of Item 45 after the words "with the consent of the lessor" to add with the words "and based on the positive conclusion issued by the central body of public management in the field of the environment";

the subitem a) Item 52 to state in the following edition:

"a) in case of violation by the lessee of requirements of the current legislation, the this provision and other regulations regulating this area and/or the conditions provided by the lease agreement";
