In case of evasion of the worker from passing of medical examinations or failure to carry out of recommendations about results of carrying out survey by it, the worker is discharged of accomplishment of labor obligations by it according to the Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 23, 2015.".

2. To provide to department of power industry of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
