About questions of creation of non-commercial joint-stock company "Atyrau University of Oil and Gas"

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Create non-commercial joint-stock company "Atyrau University of Oil and Gas" (further - the NAO "AUNG") with absolute participation of the state in the authorized capital.

2. Determine the main objects of activity of the NAO "AUNG" rendering educational services in the field of the higher, postgraduate and additional education, carrying out basic and applied researches for generation and transfer of new knowledge, creation of modern scientific infrastructure and implementation of scientific developments.

3. "AUNG" to perform forming of the authorized capital of the NAO at the expense of the republican property which is on balance of the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Atyrau institute of oil and gas" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - RGP on PHV "AING"), according to appendix to this resolution.

4. Together with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee):

1) approval of the charter of the NAO of "AUNG" and its state registration in judicial authorities;

2) election of person authorized on signing on behalf of the NAO by "AUNG" of documents for state registration, implementation of financial and economic activities and representation of its interests before the third parties before formation of bodies of the NAO of "AUNG";

3) transfer to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of rights of possession and use of the state block of shares of the NAO of "AUNG";
