1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 15, 2009 No. 906 "About approval of Rules of determination of limit of government debt and debt of local executive body, limits of provision of the state guarantees and guarantees of the state" the following change:

For Kyzylorda area in 2016 the maximum limit of debt of local executive body shall not exceed 92% of amount of its own income.".
