About determination of payment for technological accession of facilities for production of electrical energy - hydroelectric power stations to objects of electric grid economy

According to the Federal Law "About Power Industry" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that the structure of payment for technological accession to objects of electric grid economy of the network organizations of facilities for production of electrical energy - hydroelectric power stations concerning which agreements on provision of capacity in the wholesale market of electrical energy (capacity) are not signed and which construction is performed according to investment agreements on joint financing of investment projects at the expense of means of the Investment fund of the Russian Federation and means of the commercial organizations does not join investment component on covering of expenses of the network organizations connected with development of the existing infrastructure, including bonds between objects of the network organizations and objects of single national (all-Russian) power network and construction expenses (designing) of objects of electric grid economy from the existing objects of electric grid economy to the respective facilities for production of electrical energy.

2. To Federal Antimonopoly Service:

in 3-month time to bring regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution;

in 3-month time to review payment for technological accession concerning the objects specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
