About modification of the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 5, 2014 No. 705

According to articles 7 and 40 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to articles 13 and 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About payment systems and money transfer in Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure of transactions with use of electronic means of payment the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. "About implementation of transactions with use of electronic means of payment" to state paragraph two of Item 3 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 5, 2014 to No. 705 in the following edition:

"To participating banks of payment systems which use services of processing nonresident organizations to bring the activities into accord with requirements of Item 8 of the Section VIII of the Provision till May 31, 2017".

2. To department of payment systems (Lapko N. G.) to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine for use in work, and to banks - to data of clients.

3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Smoliya Ya. V.
