Make change to Item 12 of the Procedure for state registration of the rights to real estate and their encumbrances approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 2015 No. 1127 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 2, of the Art. 108, No. 68, of the Art. 2301), having added it after paragraph two with the new paragraph of the following content:
"If the document submitted for state registration of the rights is the judgment, the state registrar for the purpose of establishment of acquisition, change or the termination of the rights to real estate and their encumbrances based on such judgment surely uses also the data of the Unified state register of judgments open for general access on the official web portal of judicial authority, about availability in the Register of the electronic copy of such decision, its compliance according to documentary information and details.".
