About modification of Item 7 of the Regulations on the state forest protection

Bring in Item 7 of the Regulations on the state forest protection approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 16, 2009 No. 976 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 71, Art. 2447; 2012, No. 1, Art. 21), following changes:
word in paragraph eight shall be replaced with words "law-enforcement bodies" "in bodies of National police";
in the paragraph the seventeenth shall be replaced with words the words "address to bodies of prosecutor's office with the petition for submission of claims" "submit claims".
