I. General provisions

1. Components of cults which fall under action of this provision are religious communities, monasteries, brotherhoods and religious missions, theological schools of all levels (further the religious organizations).

2. The religious community is the voluntary consolidation of citizens of the Republic of Moldova created for the purpose of joint departure religious to ceremonies and satisfaction of other religious requirements. The religious organizations are established by the religious centers and managements of the corresponding cults.
