About reorganization of the state company "Customs Infrastructure" under the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of the state company "Customs Infrastructure" under the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Article 92 of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic, articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Reorganize the state company "Customs Infrastructure" under the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic by accession to it of public institution "Directorate on development of customs infrastructure".

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 01.04.2021 No. 128

3. To the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- take the necessary measures following from this resolution;

- make the relevant activities connected with reorganization.

4. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

5. Department of finance and credit policy of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic shall be responsible for control over execution of this resolution.
