1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of provision in use of geological information resources" of March 17, 2014 No. 144 the following change:

in Regulations on the procedure and conditions of provision in use of geological information resources approved by the above-stated resolution:

- state Item 13 in the following edition:

"13. The refusal in access (use) to geological information resources can be appealed in administrative (pre-judicial) procedure according to the legislation on administrative activities and ministerial procedure. 2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
