2. To the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry together with Executive committee of autonomous territorial education Gagauzia to create the commission on transfer and to provide transfer of the specified company to 60-day term according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901 of December 31, 2015. 3. Gagauzia to provide to autonomous territorial education reorganization of GP "AT PROLIN" and to make corresponding changes to constituent documents in 30-day time from the date of its transfer.
