About modification and amendments in the Law on wages system in the budget sphere No. 355-XVI of December 23, 2005

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on wages system in the budget sphere No. 355-XVI of December 23, 2005 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 35-38, 148), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and addition:

1. To state the name of Chapter IV in the following edition:

"Chapter IV. Compensation of employees of degrees of jurisdiction, prosecutor's office and bodies of the central and local public authority which do not have the status of the government employee".

2. Article 13 after the words "Compensation" to add with words "the leading employees and specialists who do not have the status of the government employee and".

3. To state notes to appendix 2 in the following edition:

"Notes:

1. Monthly salaries of the chairman and vice-chairmen of the area Dubesar, primar and deputies of primar of settlements of left bank of Dniester of the area Dubesar, the Saltworks of the area Aneny Noy sat down and the villages of Kopanka and Hadzhimus of the area Keushen are established with increase to 20 percent.
