About modification of the Technique of forming of solvent territorial communities

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Technique of forming of solvent territorial communities approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 8, 2015 No. 214 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 33, the Art. 963, No. 74, the Art. 2425), changes which are applied.

2. To Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the Regional State Administrations to submit in accordance with the established procedure for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of the offer on reduction of the approved perspective plans of forming of the territories of communities in compliance with this resolution.

Changes which are made to the Technique of forming of solvent territorial communities

1. Third Item 13 after words of "territorial communities" to add the paragraph with the words "with indication of names of the territorial communities which are their part".

2. Add Item 14 with the paragraph of the following content:

"In case of approval by the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the relevant regional council of changes in the perspective plan, the draft of the act of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of entering of such changes into the perspective plan it is submitted for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the Regional State Administration in accordance with the established procedure.".

3. In appendix to the Technique of figure and the word "January 1, 2015." to replace with figures and the words "January 1, 2016.
